Two and a half years ago I made a little book about the dog we had when I was a child – he died when I was 6. His name was Wolf, he was black and he was the most amazing dog ever. He was so calm, was never aggressive but was very scared of fireworks and thunder. And he hated being alone.
The book was made as a graduation project for school. We had to make something about time, memories, … And I chose to make something about Wolf. Memories I had, or my parents. I had a great time making it and got nice feedback.
A couple of days ago the mother of my sister-in-law contacted us about a present she was preparing for her daughter. She wanted to collect childhood memories of everyone around her – family and friends, since my sister-in-law is pregnant with her second child. It could be a picture, a story, a poem, a drawing. And I couldn’t help but think of Wolf, so I searched for my stamps and started on a little “Wolf the dog” revival.
